We’re going to use all the props to get as comfortable as possible while we become immersed in the soothing sounds of Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, rain sticks, and drums all designed to help the body unwind and the mind settle to prepare you for a new week.

The sole provider of comprehensive services to adult and child victims of domestic violence. Since 1977, TFVS has been a pathway to safety and a source of hope for thousands of individuals and families.
The mission of Transitions Family Violence Services is to build safe and healthy families on the Virginia Peninsula by providing services to adult and child victims of domestic violence. TFVS works to increase awareness by providing education, prevention programming and opportunities for community members to participate in our mission.

They were in the process of building an emergency domestic violence shelter, but vandals caused over $300,000 in damages. So we are going to be supporting their efforts in rebuilding North Star.
