MEET CARLY
Waves of Change Coalition, Founder
I'm Carly, VB local, sound healer, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and the founder/owner of Waves Of Change Coalition. I created this space with a vision to change the way we think about therapy and challenge how we’ve been taught to heal.
As a LCSW and certified sound healer, I combine the medicine of sound healing, other non traditional techniques (astrology loving, tarot reading, crystal girly, here!), with my clinical education and experience with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness.
I hold space for women who are spiritually exhausted, overwhelmed, and craving real change. Through therapy, sound healing, and energy work, I help you release old patterns, soften into self-compassion, and remember who you truly are.
You are not broken—you are ready for a new way of being.

Why a Coalition?
A coalition is formed when two or more people or groups temporarily work together to achieve a common goal.
At Waves of Change Coalition, we believe that humans are designed to be in community. It is our mission to create a place of community and belonging, a space where you feel seen and heard. We were never meant to navigate life alone; when you see "coalition," know that means you don't have to.
