Theres a lot of things I love about @kendall_abijaoudi — a big one is our shared values & overall mission.

We’ve decided that every month we are going to choose a local nonprofit to support through our monthly full moon offering.

For July we will be donating a portion of our proceeds to the @samaritanhouseva

Originally founded in 1984 to support homeless families, Samaritan House expanded to support domestic vi0lence survivors around 1989/1990

The Samaritan House supports victims of domestic violence, s3xual assau1t, human trafficking, and those experiencing homelessness.

Samaritan House serves approximately 110 people nightly, 65% of them are children.

DV related calls have seen a significant spike since the COVID pandemic

In the past year, 843 victims (women and children) received 11,000 shelter nights through local programs.

In 2024 Samaritan House opened the first live in shelter in Hampton Roads dedicated to trafficked minors, serving up to 8 youth at a time.

There have been over 300 confirmed cases of s3x trafficking (including minors) in Hampton Roads since 2017.

Our goal is raise community awareness and give back to organizations like Samaritan House that are doing exceptionally difficult work in our community.

We cant control everything, but we can control how we show up for those in need.
