Waves of Change Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Pre-Booked Services:
24-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel a pre-booked service, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made outside of this 24-hour window will be eligible for a refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process for Pre-Booked Services:
For cancellations made outside of the 24-hour window, the refund process will be initiated immediately. The $10.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid, and the remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Subscription and Membership Plans:
Cancellation Request: To cancel your subscription or membership plan, please submit a cancellation request through our customer service portal or by contacting us directly. Your cancellation will take effect one month from the date the request is received.
Billing Cycle: You will continue to have access to all membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the period between the cancellation request date and the end of the billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Services:
Certain promotional services, special offers, or discounts may be non-refundable. Please review the terms and conditions of any promotion prior to purchase.
